3 steps to safer viewings & valuations

Here at THINK Estate agents we want to ensure our staff and customers remain safe now we are able to conduct viewings and valuations again. We have implemented 3 new steps to make sure everyone stays safe.

Step one.
A mandatory email will be sent to any applicant wanting to view a property highlighting the procedures they must undertake to view a property safely and also to make sure they are fit to do so.

Step two.
Contactless key drop off and collection. Both offices have been fitted with key safes to make collecting and dropping of keys easy. We simply text you the code and you can collect your keys! All key safes will be cleaned before and after every use to minimize the risk to everyone.

Step three.
All staff members will be given the correct PPE to ensure their safety and the safety of our clients.

Our offices will remain closed for the time being as we feel that they are not yet required by the public and we are able to conduct business as usual from our homes. We hope that in a few weeks’ time this can be reviewed and new procedures put in place so that offices can open safely for all.

If you have any questions regarding our new procedures don’t be afraid to get in touch by calling one of our property experts.

Buyers remorse. A feeling of regret or anxiety after making a purchase. Often felt after spending money on something that you later feel wasn't worth it. Clothing bought in a sale because it was perceived to be a bargain when, in reality, you probably didn't really need or indeed want to buy it. You might not have even given it a second thought if it had not been discounted.

It’s been described as a curse of modern times. It’s omnipresent in most of our everyday lives. And for some, its impact is dangerous and, in the worst-case scenarios, deadly.

When selling your home, you obviously want to highlight the best features, but what are buyers looking for? Knowing this could make all the difference in how quickly you can sell your house and how much you will be offered. Read on to find out more.

Springtime is not just when the natural world comes back to life but also when the local property market shakes off any winter blues. And if you’re mulling over a move in 2024, the spring months between March and May could be the perfect time to sell your property.
