Given the current circumstances you would think that our industry would have ground to a holt. Well at THINK Estate Agents we innovated and took advantage of not only the technology available to us, but also the great skill set our team attained over the years. By adapting our business to the current situation we have been able to let more properties this April than any other month this year in 2020!
We have achieved this by creating powerful bespoke videos of our rental properties, so tenants can get a really good feel for the size and layout of the property like never before. We also organize FaceTime viewings where our agents can walk tenants though the property, highlighting all of its great features.
This has been a very successful strategy leading us to let more properties this month than any other in 2020. It’s a fact myself and my team are very proud of, as we have achieved great things in difficult times.
