Over the last month, Newton has had 53 new listings come to the market with 24 of them sold within the same month of marketing. That’s 46% of new homes coming to the property market and selling within the first 4 weeks, compared to last month that’s 5% lower.
 
Haydock has seen a similar amount of homes coming to the market this month. Over the last 4 weeks Haydock saw 34 new homes listed and 17 of them have already sold, that’s 50% of new homes coming to the market selling within the first 4 weeks.
