Over the last 4 weeks we have already started to see an increase of new homes coming to the market. Haydock saw a total of 26 new listings coming to the market and 42% of them selling within the first 4 weeks of marketing.
 
Newton Le Willows tells a similar story with 50 new homes coming to the market ( an increase of 15 on last months stats) and 21 of those homes selling within the first 4 weeks. This matches the Haydock market with 42% of homes selling within the first 4 weeks of marketing.

The rental market has exploded over the last few years, with the standard of property expected rising due to government legislation and tenant demand we are starting to see a much higher quality of homes coming to the market. Multiply this with a great location, high demand for properties and increased cost to landlords rental prices are 23% up since 2019.
