Over the last month, Newton has had 38 new listings come to the market with 12 of them sold within the same month of marketing. That’s 31% of new homes coming to the property market and selling within the first 4 weeks, compared to last month that’s 1% lower.
Haydock has seen fewer homes coming to the market this month. Over the last 4 weeks Haydock saw 22 new homes listed and 5 of them have already sold, that’s 22% of new homes coming to the market selling within the first 4 weeks.
